My life feels like one long bout of melancholy right now, but that’s not the point of this post. The point is I’m midway through Allison’s story and I’m asking for critical feedback. I debated asking for it this time because I’m not feeling focused like I was with Isa’s story and I’m worried it might be showing. A big reason for my lack of focus is the fact that I’m writing another story at the same time (even thought I promised myself I wouldn’t). I keep telling myself that this is a rough draft, but I don’t want it to be so far into left field that people can’t follow along. So, I’m asking for feedback because I want to hear what you, the reader, think. So think your thoughts in my comment box. Thanks!!

Other than some minor spelling/punctuation stuff, I really like your writing. I mean I’d write stuff like this, but I can’t bring myself to write romantic stories without it sounding corny. ahaha.
I also think it’s fun when you channel a bit of yourself and your thoughts into your stories. It’s unique.
It will be interesting to see how you make the last conflict in the story will bring the two characters closer together, without being over the top or cliche.
