(The letter I would write to my readers-Present and future.)
Dear Reader,
Thank you for giving me a chance. Out of the many books and blogs you could have read, you chose to read mine. I know how difficult it is to decided on something. You have to read the label, assess the cover, and glance at the first few lines before you can make a decision. I’m just glad that one of the decisions you made was on me.
You see, we’re partners now, you and I. We were two ships passing in the night, but the moment you picked me up or clicked on my site we become something. You let me step into your life with my words, my thoughts, and my humor. Your comments have encouraged me and your (future) reviews have buoyed my spirits.
I have to confess now that I’m sweet on you, my lovely reader, because you showed me what it means to keep writing. Every time you come around I get butterflies in my stomach and my heart skips a beat. My words are a sign of my love for you and it’s all because you gave me a chance when no one else would. You are marvelous.
Always yours,
CC, the author/blog keeper

I would totally include something like this in the front of a book. It made me smile as I was typing it out. It’s important to say you appreciate the people who take the time to read what you write. Half the stuff I say is just the thoughts rolling around like marbles in my head. I’m just glad someone else doesn’t mind looking at them.
If you could write a letter to your readers, what would it say?
I LOVE this.
Maybe I’ll have to include it in the front of one of my books someday =)
I love your blog! I’m nominating you for The Versatile Blog Award. http://rationalabsurdity.wordpress.com/2012/02/19/versatile-blog-award/
I’ll have to work on doing this sometime this week. Thank you for the nomination.
Dear Reader,
Thank you for sharing my love and sex explorations and expressions.
Your readership, attention, comments, and acceptance empower me to move forward in my life mission of being love,
Please, take a moment after you read this and tell or show five people in unequivocal languages and methods how much you love them and what meaning they provide to your life.
A eulogy is too late of a compliment.
